Born in Texarkana, Texas, her
father named her after a Texas city.
Her namesake's two cities that
go along U.S. 59.

Victoria took up the trumpet when
she was 14, playing in marching &
jazz bands.
  
When she moved to Philadelphia to
attend college @ PU, her friends
encouraged her to enter the Coolest
Babe contest @ Spring break.

Playing a cool song on the trumpet,
she won Frank's heart & they started
dating together.

Frank encouraged her to sing in the band,
but doesn't want to knock Joe off
as lead singer.

Victoria was thrilled when Frank proposed 
on Arthur O'Ryan.  They got married @
the Hollywood Bowl during their
LA Concert tour stop.
